A majority of the farm is located in at the top of Drainage District 13 with the northwestern corner in Drainage District 16. Private tile has been installed in the southwestern portion of the property, as well as the northwestern corner of the property. The southwest tile was installed in 1982 and consists of 5,480 ft of 5" tile and 1,695 ft of 8" tile. The northwest tile was installed in 1986 and consists of 5" and 6" tile lines.
